Cupola
by Unknown
Once sitting atop the historic Battle Creek Sanitarium Fieldstone Building, a Seventh Day Adventist institution built in 1900 and demolished in 1986, this magnificently restored cupola is both art and architecture and brings a special piece of this community’s history to the Children’s Garden. The field stones that make up the base were also reclaimed from the Sanitarium, which was once the world’s largest fieldstone building.
